Mr. Trowbridge is a Director, CEO and Chairman of Hallmark Bank & Trust Ltd. Mr. Trowbridge has written extensively on a variety of issues affecting the international finance industry.
Marisa D. Matthews, B.A., M.B.A, CPA.CITP a graduate of Belmont Abbey College and Winthrop University, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Certified Information Technology Professional. Ms. Matthews is the Chief Operating Officer of Hallmark Bank & Trust Ltd. and has overall responsibility for the credit card operations. She has over twenty-four years experience in finance and business operations within the financial, manufacturing, retail and non-profit sectors, and has held management positions with Fortune 500 companies.
Colin Whittingham, B.A. A.C.A. a graduate of the University of East Anglia in the U.K. He was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1988. Mr. Whittingham is the Chief Financial Officer of Hallmark Bank & Trust Ltd. He has worked for a number of major accounting firms in the Cayman Islands and the Turks and Caicos Islands and was the resident partner of Deloitte & Touche (Turks and Caicos Island).
Millicent R. Grant, A.A, T.E.P. a native Turks Islander born on the Island of Grand Turk, a graduate of Borough of Manhattan Community College, member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Ms. Grant has worked in the offshore industry for the past ten years as a client administrator, prior to that she has worked with the Bank of Nova Scotia as a Customer Service Representative. She is strong in customer relations and support.
